Abstract: An automated hair grooming device, comprises of a body 101 configured with curved platform 102, a microphone 103 for providing voice commands, a motorized ball and socket joint 104 and an attached rod 105 for controlled tilting movement to the platform 102, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 106 for capturing and processing images, a plurality of motorized hinges 107 for conforming to the user’s head, an electronic sprayer 108 and a hollow extendable link 109 for positioning the sprayer close to the user’s hair, an electronic nozzle 111 arranged by extendable hollow pole 112 for positioning the nozzle over the user’s hair, a pair of robotic arms 114 for controlled scrubbing movement, an air blower 115 to blow air, a comb-like member 117 fabricated with a silicon padding for detangling user’s hair, a tension sensor for detecting excessive tension during detangling and motorized slider 118 to ensure smooth movement.
