Abstract: An automated grain extraction device comprises of a platform 101 positioned over fixed surface and configured with an extendable frame 102, an artificial intelligence based imaging unit 103 installed over platform 101 and integrated with a laser measurement sensor for capturing and processing images of bundle, a motorized drawer arrangement 104 integrated in frame 102 to contract frame 102 in view of gripping bottom portion of crops in a secured manner, a telescopic link 105 installed in between platform 101 and frame 102 to extend in accordance with detected dimensions and position top portion of crops over a motorized roller 106 installed over platform 101, plurality of pneumatic pins 107 mapped over outer periphery of roller 106 that extend to comb through top portion in view of extracting grains from crops.
