Abstract: An automated glass ornament manufacturing system, comprising a framework 101, a glass melting module 102 to liquefy raw glass into molten glass, a molten glass acquisition and transfer module 103 to collect and deliver a measured volume of molten glass, a rotational shaping and inflation module 104 to form a hollow body by rotation and pressurized air, and an internal color infusion module 105 to dispense pigment onto the molten glass during rotation. The system further includes a hanging loop formation module 106, a controlled annealing module 107, an acoustic testing and verification station 108, a surface finishing and inspection module 109 with image sensing, a quality grading module, and a microcontroller communicatively coupled to the modules and integrated with an IoT module for wireless connection with a computing unit having a user interface for process monitoring and parameter configuration.
