Abstract: An automated glass crack maintenance device, comprising a cuboidal body 101 positioned over a glass sheet via multiple suction cups 102, a laser sensor determine level of sheet, a telescopically operated rod stabilize body 101 over sheet, a camera 103 detects dimension of crack present over sheet, a capacitance sensor detects material type of glass sheet, a multi-sectioned chamber with a first motorized iris lid 104 dispenses flakes in a cylindrical hollow member 105, a weight sensor monitors amount of flakes inside member 105, multiple heating units melts flakes to obtain liquid glass, a hollow conical structure 106 with a second motorized iris lid 107 dispenses molten glass liquid over crack, a pneumatic link with a vibrating unit 108 dispenses liquid over minute cracks, an electronic nozzle 109 dispenses cleaning solution on glass, and a motorized disc 110 with multiple bristle scrubs repaired glass.
