Abstract: Abstract An automated geo-spatial risk detection and warning system is disclosed for geospatial safety monitoring and emergency warning. The system receives user location, incident reports, latitude and longitude values, stored red-zone records and SOS cancellation input from mobile users, incident reporters, emergency contacts and authorities through an input interface. A conditioning portion prepares the received input by filtering, normalizing, parsing, segmenting or otherwise converting the input into a structured representation suited to the particular processing task. A decision portion then stores incident locations, applies a distance rule to detect clustered reports, marks red zones, monitors user entry into a red zone and escalates SOS if the countdown is not cancelled. The system generates red-zone map markers, audible warnings, visual countdowns, SOS alerts and emergency contact messages through an output interface and stores a corresponding processing record. The arrangement links acquisition, conditioning, decision processing and output generation in one operative chain, because incident clustering and location monitoring are used to trigger an alert sequence automatically while still allowing cancellation.
