Abstract: An automated forensic field investigation and evidence management device, comprising a housing 101, an imaging unit 102 detects tool marks, surface deformities, cavities, scratches, dents, suspicious objects and determines dimensional parameters including depth, width, contour profile, and spatial coordinates, an electronic nozzle 103 dispenses predetermined quantities of polyvinyl acetate liquid and talc powder into a mixing container 105, a motorized stirrer 106 mixes the materials to form a homogeneous casting slurry, a viscosity sensor monitors the flow consistency and regulates material proportion to achieve desired viscosity, a motorized slider 107 positions an articulated linkage 108 with a surface engagement and dispensing unit to measure cavity geometry and dispense casting material, an articulated gripper 125 collects hardened cast samples and surrounding trace evidence, a sealing assembly secures the evidence within tamper-evident packaging and a printing unit 133 provides coded identification for forensic traceability and documentation.
