Abstract: The present invention relates to an automated footwear system that enhances children's independence through a pressure-activated strap mechanism. The system includes an ergonomically designed footwear base (10) with a heel section (12) and a toe section (14), made of durable Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA) with an anti-slip surface for safety. Soft, skin-friendly straps (20) automatically adjust around the foot using a motorized or spring-loaded strap mechanism (40). A pressure sensor (30), positioned strategically in the sole, detects the child's foot and triggers the strap mechanism for a secure fit. The pressure sensor may use piezoelectric or capacitive technology for precise detection. The system features a water-, dust-, and impact-resistant protective casing (50) and a safety lock (60) to prevent accidental release. Designed to accommodate different foot sizes, the footwear promotes ease of use and fosters independence, ensuring comfort, safety, and practicality for children.
