Abstract: An automated flywheel refurbishing device comprising a platform 101 positioned over a fixed surface by means of plurality of legs, an artificial intelligence based imaging unit 102 installed over platform 101 to determine dimensions of the flywheel, plurality of robotic grippers 103 installed over platform 101 to grip outer periphery of flywheel to restrict movement of flywheel, an inverted L-shaped hydraulic rod 104 configured with platform 101 to extend and position a motorized grinding wheel 105 configured with rod 104 in contact with flywheel, a motorized sliding unit 106 installed between rod 104 and platform 101 to provide movement to rod 104 for rod 104 to position grinder over entire of flywheel, a proximity sensor is integrated with rod 104 to monitor distance of flywheel from rod 104, a chamber 107 stored with cleaning solution with an electronic nozzle 108 to dispense solution over the flywheel for grinding of flywheel.
