Abstract: An automated flute manufacturing device, comprising of a platform 101 positioned on a fixed surface, a slot 102 is carved on platform 101 for enabling a user to accommodate a bamboo, a display panel 103 installed on platform 101 to provide input specifications for manufacturing, an imaging unit 104 is mounted on platform 101 for determining orientation of stem, a clamp 105 arranged on slot 102 to grab bamboo, links 113 arranged at inner peripheries of slot 102 for holding the stem, a drilling unit 114 is installed on other end by means of a rod 107 to extend/retract for positioning drilling unit’s 114 bit, joint 108 integrated in between rod 107 and platform 101 to rotate rod 107 at an optimum angle for positioning drilling unit 114 at evaluated distances, a nozzle 109 configured with a chamber 110 filled with a user-desired paint, to smoothen stem’s interior.
