Abstract: An automated drill bit sharpening device, comprising a hollow cuboidal body 101 constructed with a curved-shaped elongated member 102 for holding a drill bit, a microphone 103 allows a user to receive voice commands for sharpening the drill bit, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 104 to monitor positioning and dimensions of the drill bit, a motorized clamp 105 to grip the drill bit to hold securely the bit, a pair of rotatory grinding blade 201 configured with a pair of L-shaped supporting links 202 via a motorized slider 203 to move the blade 201 near to tip of the drill bit, a corrosion sensor for monitoring the corrosion on the drill bit, multiple electronic nozzle to dispense white vinegar solution over the drill bit, an ultrasonic crack detection sensor for monitoring presence of cracks over the drill bit.
