Abstract: An automated door opening/closing device comprises of, a semi-circular housing 101 adapted to be positioned over a doorknob, a plurality of suction cups 102 are configured at ends of housing 101 to secure housing 101 over doorknob, an imaging unit 103 installed on housing 101 to determine curvature of doorknob, a plurality of motorized hinges 104 integrated with housing 101 to adapt housing 101’s structure, a microphone 105 installed on housing 101 to receive input voice commands, a biometric antiquation module 106 installed over housing 101 to capture biometric data, a plurality of electromagnetic curved plates 107 installed over housing 101 for secure engagement between plates 107 doorknob, a motorized sliding unit 109 installed over housing 101 to provide translation to rod 108 for facilitating opening/closing of door as per requirement, and a facial recognition unit and fingerprint scanning unit to capture and verify user's biometric data.
