Abstract: An automated damaged grooved fastener disengaging device comprising a platform 101 having a touch enabled screen 102 for taking user’s command for removing mechanical fastener, multiple omnidirectional wheels 105 for positioning platform 101 underneath fastener, a plate 103 having a camera 104 for displaying images of surroundings over screen 102 to select location of fastener, a first robotic link 107 with cutting unit 108 for removing protruded portion of fastener, a second robotic link 110 with a grinding unit 109 for smoothening edges of fastener, a drilling unit attached via link rod for drilling a hole over body of fastener, a robotic gripper 112 to grip tapping tool from a chamber 111 storing threaded tools and position over drilled hole, third robotic link 113 with a hammering unit 114 to hit on tapping tool, a wrench attached with fourth robotic link 115 for loosening and disengage fastener from auxiliary setup.
