Abstract: An automated cycle rim management system, comprises of a framework 101, a cycle rim storage unit, to organize vertical arrangements and identify rim size and profile of individual rims, a lifting and transfer assembly to selectively retrieve an individual rim and place and verify secure engagement, a conveyor belt transport module 104, to move the rim through sequential zones at a regulated velocity while maintaining orientation along a centered inspection axis, a multi-sensor inspection module to evaluate roundness and detect cracks, dents, or corrosion, a routing and diversion module, to direct rims toward downstream paths, a drying and moisture elimination module, to ensure complete moisture removal and verify readiness for long-term storage, a scrap rim handling and storage unit, to safely receive and monitor the capacity of rims classified as non-recoverable.
