Abstract: An automated currency withdrawal request and denomination stock management system, comprising a denomination stock datastore 101 stores, for each currency denomination, an available note count, an online withdrawal request interface 102 accepts, from a user, a requested quantity for each of a plurality of currency denominations, a dynamic form update module 103 reads the available note count, a submission trigger module 104 executes automatically upon form submission, a validation and allocation module 105 compares the requested quantity for each denomination with the available note count, a stock deduction module 106 deducts the requested quantity from the denomination stock datastore 101 and write updated note counts, a transaction logging module 107 stores a transaction record, a user notification module 108 automatically sends a confirmation message, and a post-transaction refresh module 109 automatically refreshs the online withdrawal request interface 102 to reflect updated denomination availability for subsequent users.
