Abstract: An automated crop harvesting and storing device, comprising a cuboidal body 101, motorized wheels 102 maneuver the body 101, a display panel 103 to provide input specifications regarding type of harvesting to be done, an imaging unit to determine ripened crop height, an extendable rod 106 positioning a C-shaped blade 112 beneath the crop, a two-axis motorized lead screw arrangement 107 moves blade 112 for cutting the ripened crop, a robotic arm 108 grab the cut crop for positioning into a chamber 109 , links 111 for positioning the plates 110 near to stem of the plant, a blade 112 by means of extendable pins 113 to apply a push force to cut the stem, a motorized sliding unit 114 translating the link 111 for uplifting the harvested plants towards the chamber 109 and a motorized hinge joint 115 converging/diverging the plate for storing the plants into the chamber 109.
