Abstract: An automated crack repair device for walls, comprising a platform 101 positioned on a ground surface with motorized omnidirectional wheels 102 for maneuvering platform 101 on ground surface, an imaging unit 103 for detecting exact location of crack on wall, multiple telescopically operated rod 104 between platform 101 and wheels 102 to extend for lifting and aligning platform 101 in front of detected crack, a first robotic arm 105 for removing debris from crack via a scraper 106, a second robotic arm 107 with an electronic nozzle 108 for positioning nozzle 108 in front of crack, a U-shaped frame 110 via an L-shaped telescopically operated rod and equipped with a circular roller 112 to extend for positioning roller 112 in contact with filled crack, a motorized slider 113 for translating rod in a to-and-fro manner for rotating roller 112 on crack to evenly fill crack with cement mixture.
