Abstract: An automated corn kernel removing device comprises a platform 101 configured with plurality of legs 102 for supporting the platform 101, a touch interactive display panel 103 for user input, a chamber 104 arranged via two inverted L-shaped link 105 accessed by user to insert the corn cobs via cylindrical feeding hopper 106, motorized iris lid 201 installed on the hopper 106 to dispense corn cob within the chamber 104, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 107 determines dimensions of the corn cob, a motorized expandable gripper 202 to grip corn cob, motorized cylindrical expandable blade 203 installed within the chamber 104 for removing of the corn kernels, a proximity sensor monitor distance of the gripper 202 from the blade 203, hydraulic link 204 for removing the corn kernels from entire corn cob, and motorized ball and socket joint 207 provide rotation to the gripper 202 for discarding waste corn cob.
