Abstract: An automated cooling tower cleaning device a platform 101 positioned on a fixed surface, a touch interactive display panel 102 to provide input command for cleaning a cooling tower, an ultrasonic sensor to detect height of fills packaging of the tower, a scissor lift arrangement 104 to elevate the platform 101 in order to align with the fills which are to be cleaned, a laser sensor to detect accumulation of dirt/dust on the fills, a water tank 108 configured with a first pump that extracts water from the tank to deliver the nozzles 107 for spraying pressurized water on the fills, for flushing away accumulated dirt, dust, and other debris, a chamber 110 configured with a second pump to extract cleaning solution stored in the chamber 110 and deliver to nozzle to dispense the cleaning solution on the fills.
