Abstract: An automated coolant filling device, comprising a housing 101 positioned over a ground and by means of wheels 102 to provide translation, an imaging unit 103 installed over the housing 101 for capturing images of four-wheeler, a rod 104 installed between each of wheels 102 to extend position, a display panel 105 to enable the user to provide input regarding model, a chamber 106 arranged within housing 101 and stored coolants of various types and water, a valve 107 installed with the chamber 106 to dispense coolant and water into a receptacle 108, a stirrer 109 installed with receptacle 108 to mix dispensed coolant, a color sensor is installed in receptacle 108 to detect color of coolant, an nozzle 110 configured via a robotic link 111 to position nozzle 110 over opening of a coolant reservoir, nozzle 110 is linked with receptacle 108 via a flexible conduit 112.
