Abstract: An automated connector pipe fitting device comprises of a body 101 with motorized omnidirectional wheels 102 for movement, positioning it near installed PPC conduits, a touch interactive display allows user input for pipe fitting specifications, an artificial intelligence imaging unit 104, paired with a processor, captures and processes images to determine conduit distances, a T-shaped extendable frame 105, adjusts to align with the conduits, an ultrasonic sensors measure conduit spacing, guiding cylindrical members 106 via motorized sliders 107 for correct positioning. Each member has a heating unit to soften conduit ends, facilitating pipe fitting, a storage chamber 111 stores varying pipe sizes, and a motorized clamp 108, activated by an extendable link 109, fixes the pipe tips over the deformed conduit ends to ensure a secure connection.
