Abstract: An automated concrete block installation device for rebar columns comprises of, a cuboidal body 101 developed to be positioned on a ground surface of a construction area, a multiple motorized wheels 102 are arranged underneath body 101 for providing movement, an imaging unit 103 mounted on for capturing images, a touch interactive display panel 104 mounted on body 101 enabling user to select a rebar column, a LiDAR sensor installed on body 101 for detecting dimension of a hollow concrete block , a plurality of motorized clippers 110 provided with body 101 for gripping rebar column, a crack detection sensor installed on body 101 to detect presence of cracks, a speaker 111 installed on body 101 to produce audio alerts to notify user regarding detected crack, and an extendable L-shaped link 112 to extend/retract for positioning hammering unit 113 at a miss-oriented portion of concrete column.
