Abstract: An automated composite board manufacturing device comprises of a of a housing 101 with telescopically operated rods 102 and motorized wheels 105 for movement, a touch interactive display panel 103 for user input, and an inbuilt microcontroller for processing commands, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 104 for detecting the placement of a wooden log, which is gripped by a robotic gripper and inserted into a shredding unit 106, a primary suction unit 107 extracts fine wood pieces and transfers them to a chamber 110 raw material containers 108 with motorized iris lids release materials into the chamber 110, a motorized stirrer 109 mixes the materials, and a secondary suction unit 111 transfers the mixture to a tray 113, a robotic arm 112 evenly distributes it, a hydraulic press 114 shapes the mixture, an air blowers 115 cure the board, a speaker 116 notifying the user when the board is ready.
