Abstract: An automated chimney maintenance device, comprising, a circular platform 101 positioned over a top portion of a chimney, plurality of suction units 102 installed beneath the platform 101 that actuates to affix the platform 101 with the top portion, an imaging unit 103 installed beneath the platform 101 and integrated with a processor determines dimensions of the chimney and accordingly actuates a hydraulic rod 104 installed beneath the platform 101 to extend and position expandable cylindrical member 105 configured with the rod 104 within the chimney, a motorized drawer arrangement installed in the member 105, plurality of bristles 106 configured with outer periphery of the member 105 gets in contact with inner periphery of the chimney, a motorized ball and socket joint 107 installed between the member 105 and rod 104 to provide relative motion.
