Abstract: An automated chilled beverage preparing device, comprising a housing 101, a chilling chamber 102 to cool at least one sealed beverage bottle, a handling assembly 103 to transport the at least one sealed beverage bottle from the chilling chamber 102, a cap removal station 104 to receive the bottle for opening, a beverage dispensing station 105 to receive the opened bottle and dispense liquid into a glass positioned via a glass handling unit 108, an ice production and crushing chamber 106 to an ice handling arrangement 107 mounted in the housing 101 for adding crushed ice to the glass, a microcontroller to autonomously coordinate a sequence of operations to prepare a chilled beverage, and an artificial intelligence-powered imaging camera to process image data to align the at least one clamping unit with a cap of the bottle at the cap removal station.
