Abstract: An automated cereal grain grinding and dough preparation device, comprises of a housing 101 developed to be positioned at a height from a ground surface, a hopper 102 for accommodating cereal grains, a touch interactive display panel 103 for providing input details regarding amount of flour dough the user desires to prepare, a motorized iris unit 104 to open to transfer the cereals inside a gap created in between a primary and secondary circular members 105 stacked one over another, a sliding arrangement 108 for filtering out the flour from other impurities and large particles, an electronic valve 111 or dispensing the water over the flour, a motorized spiral mixing blade 113 to mix the dispensed flour and water to produce a dough, and an electronic sprayer 116 for dispensing an appropriate amount of oil inside body 118 to knead flour as per desired recipe preferences.
