Abstract: An automated ceiling surface leveling device comprising, a platform 101 developed to be positioned on a fixed surface, plurality of motorized wheels 102 arranged underneath platform 101 to move platform 101 over surface, a touch interactive display panel 103 mounted on platform 101 for enabling user to provide input specifications, an imaging unit 104 is integrated in platform 101 capturing and processing multiple images in vicinity of platform 101, a buffing unit 105 installed on platform 101 via a robotic link 106 actuated to extend/retract for positioning buffing unit 105 in proximity to ceiling, a 3D surface profiler 108 is integrated in buffing unit 105 to determine level of sanding required, a nozzle 109 arranged on buffing unit 105 and integrated with a suction unit 110 extracting waste during sanding and collected in a container 111 configured with buffing unit 105.
