Abstract: An automated canister cover manufacturing device comprising a platform 101 having multiple suction cups 102 to adhere platform 101 on a fixed surface, a display panel 103 to take user’s input, a multi-sectioned chamber 104 storing multiple plastic flakes with an iris lid 105 for dispensing flakes into a container 106 arranged with chamber 104, a heating unit integrated in container 106 for heating flakes, a tray 114 consisting multiple dies 202 accessed by a robotic arm 111 to position a suitable die 202, a pair of hollow extendable L-shaped rods 115 with electromagnet 201 on each peripheral end to attach with an opening carved on lateral sides of die 202, an AI imaging unit 107 determine dimensions of die 202, a timer linked with microcontroller to monitor time, a laser sensor 112 determines position of multiple elongated tubes on cover, an ultrasonic sensor 113 monitors any extra plastic strands.
