Abstract: An automated cable reel lifting device, comprising a platform 101 fastened with rear portion of a four wheel via multiple clamps 102 attached with platform 101, an imaging unit 103 installed over platform 101 and synced with an ultrasonic sensor to determine dimensions of cable reel, two L-shaped rods 104 configured with lateral sides of platform 101 each via a pair of hydraulic poles 105 that extend and position ends of each of rods 104 in parallel to center hole of cable reel, an hydraulic bar 106 installed with each of ends to insert bars 106 within center hole to accommodate cable reel over bars 106, two inclined hydraulic units 107 installed between vertical and horizontal portion of each of rods 104 to retract for lifting cable reel from surface, a speaker 108 installed over platform 101 to produce a voice command to notify a user regarding exceeded weight.
