Abstract: An automated bowl structure manufacturing device, comprises a platform 101 positioned on a ground surface, two suction cups 102 for securing the platform 101 to the surface, a touch interactive display panel 103 to provide input specification, motorized roller 107 coiled with metallic sheet to rotate for unwrapping/wrapping an appropriate length of the metallic sheet, a vertical frame 104 surrounded by cylindrical member 105 with curve flaps 106 for receiving the unwrapped sheet in an inwardly curved position, a motorized blade 111 to trim ends of the sheet, couple of robotic arms 108 for grabbing a trimmed sheet to adjust shape of the sheet, a welding unit 109for alignment of loose ends of the sheet over each other, an extendable rod 110 for providing an optimum heating over the end and sealing the ends together to form the desired bowl structure of the utensil.
