Abstract: An automated botanical maintenance system, comprising a storage cabinet 101 having at least two compartments for storage of multiple gears, an artificial intelligence (AI)-based imaging camera 102 to capture a facial image, an inbuilt control unit generates a demographic profile and binds a pre-assigned RFID tags of the gear with the demographic profile to create a verified user session record, return time and RFID association for each session, at least two wearable sensing members comprising a BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) beacon and the RFID tag including a wristband 103 with physiological sensing capabilities and a headset cap 107 with neuro- physiological and motion capture capabilities, a plurality of digital billboards 110 to dissplay and synchronize advertisement content across multiple locations, an adjustable digital screen 112 to ensure optimal alignment and display advertisement content, an AI- enabled imaging unit 113 to capture and analyze user facial expressions, gaze behavior, and contextual visual responses.
