Abstract: An automated belt detaching device, comprises of a plate 101 developed to be placed in proximity to a pair of rotating pulleys on which a belt is engaged for power transmission from one pulley to another, an artificial intelligence based imaging unit 102 installed on the plate 101 for monitoring condition of the belt, a chamber 103 attached with the plate 101 to store multiple stretch belt mates, a first robotic gripper 104 installed on the plate 101 for gripping one of the mate and engage under the belt, and a speaker 105 installed in the plate 101 which generates audible instructions to notify user, to turn on motor in a manner that the engaged mate gets inserted in between the belt and one of the pulley.
