Abstract: An automated banner/pamphlet cutting and sorting device comprises of a platform 101 developed to be positioned on a fixed surface, suction cups 102 are installed underneath platform 101 to adhere to surface, a touch interactive display panel 103 installed on platform 101 for enabling a user to provide input specifications, a cylindrical member 104 mounted on vertical supports 105 provided on platform 101 for holding rolls, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 106 installed on platform 101 for capturing and processing images, a DC motor linked with member 104 for providing controlled rotational movement to member 104, a cutting blade 107 installed on platform 101 via an extendable rod 108 extend/retract for positioning blade 107 onto evaluated distances, a motorized hinge joint arranged in between blade 107 and rod for providing controlled converging/diverging movement to blade 107, a robotic arm 109 is installed on platform 101 for collecting cut material.
