Abstract: An automated air conditioner vent installation device for bus, comprising a housing 101 positioned over fixed surface within a bus via motorized wheels 102 provide translation to the housing 101 within the bus, imaging unit 103 captures images of the bus to determine location and dimensions of ac vents within the bus, first robotic link 105 position a cylindrical member 104 in proximity to the vent, bristles 106 cleans the vent, second robotic link 107 position a motorized disc 108 near the vent to position a specific screw driver 109 to open the screws, robotic grippers 110 remove the opened screws and vent from the bus, a multi-sectioned chamber 111 accessed by grippers 110 to withdraw new vent and align at appropriate location and a multi-sectioned container 112 stored with new screws accessed by gripper 110 to withdraw new screw and engage over cavities over the new vent.
