Abstract: TITLE: AUTOMATED AI-INTEGRATED 3D TISSUE MEASUREMENT DEVICE APPLICANT: 1. MEENAKSHI ACADEMY OF HIGHER EDUCATION AND RESEARCH 2. MEENAKSHI AMMAL DENTAL COLLEGE AND HOSPITAL ABSTRACT The present invention discloses an automated tissue measurement system using artificial intelligence-assisted three-dimensional imaging for measurement of biological tissue specimens. The system comprises a measurement chamber configured to enclose a biopsy specimen in a contamination-free environment, a removable specimen tray operatively linked to a precision micro-weighing mechanism for simultaneous weight measurement, and a plurality of multi-angle imaging cameras, a depth-sensing module, and a controlled illumination system for acquiring image and spatial depth data. An artificial intelligence processing unit is operatively connected to the imaging cameras, depth-sensing module, and micro-weighing mechanism to perform deep learning-based tissue segmentation, reconstruct a three-dimensional point cloud and digital mesh model, determine specimen length, breadth, height, volume, and density, and integrate weight data for accurate analysis. A digital interface displays, stores, and exports measurement data in standardized formats compatible with Laboratory Information Systems. The integrated system provides efficient and standardized automated measurement and documentation of biological tissue specimens.
