Abstract: An automated abrasive flap wheel assembling device, comprises of a platform 101 positioned over a fixed surface and configured with a multi-sectioned chamber 102 stored with multiple upper and bottom backing plates of abrasive flap wheel of various dimensions, a touch interactive display panel 103 to provide input regarding a dimension of the abrasive flap wheel that is to be assembled, a pair of robotic grippers 104 to withdraw one of the bottom backing plate corresponding to the user- specified dimensions and position over the platform 101 , an imaging unit 105 to determine presence of the bottom backing plate corresponding to the user-specified dimensions over the platform 101 , and an inverted L-shaped hydraulic pusher 106 by means of a pole 107 to extend and retract in a reciprocatory manner to apply pressure over the aligned sheet to level the sheet.
