Abstract: 9.Abstract ofthc Invention: Extensive computer work has emerged as a significant cause of mental exhaustion, bodily tension, and decreased efficiency. Digital wellness technologies that are currently available mostly depend on time reminders or constant notifications, v,rhich do not consider behavi01.1ral peculiarities ancl usually interfere with the workDow of users. The given paper introduces AuraOS, an Al-based Android desktop wellness co-pilot, vvhich is expected to monitor the real-time behavioural signals, deduce the fatigue in the user in a descriptively understandable mode, and implement the appropriate adaptive system-level interventions. AuraOS is an on-device console that relies on computer VISIOn v1a webcams, lightvveight learning processes, pnvacy protection and low computing base. The determination of fatigue is carried out by deterministic signal processing, and personalization is enabled by enabling an adaptive selection of actions by a human-in-the- loop. The system clearly describes all the interventions and learns the preferences of the user over time. Through experimental assessment, consistent fatigue mc)dellin cr 0' system intervention consistency, and efficient personalization are evident with no cloud-based or opaque model dependencies. AuraOS is a viable and moral use of real-time wellness human-centred AI on the desktop.
