MUMBAI, India, Sept. 28 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202631112553 A) filed by Brainware University on September 19, 2026, for Attestation-Gated Physiological Integrity Verification And Forensic Isolation For Cloud-Assisted Medical Cyberphysical Systems.
Inventor includes Dr. Ranadip Kundu.
The application for the patent was published on September 25, 2026, under issue no. 39/2026.
Abstract: An edge security architecture for cloud-assisted medical cyber-physical systems is disclosed. A gateway (120) receives physiological signal windows and evaluates device-state attestation (130), acquisition freshness (140), signal quality and cross-channel physical consistency (150). An integrity engine (160) compares each window with a protected patient-specific multi-prototype reference state (170). Unlike direct adaptive-baseline updating, a recalibration controller (190) stores an eligible window in a non-authoritative probationary buffer (180) and permits a protected calibration write only after fresh windows satisfy temporal-persistence and bounded- drift conditions. Failure of a trust condition freezes calibration and causes a routing controller (200) to restrict, buffer or quarantine the affected stream. A forensic generator (210) binds the signal fingerprint, attestation and freshness evidence, calibration epoch and routing action into an integrity-protected evidence capsule stored in protected memory (220) and reportable through a cloud interface (230). The architecture protects adaptive sensor-to-cloud acquisition against calibration poisoning, replay and stream substitution.
