Abstract: An assistive vessel holding device, comprising a cylindrical housing 101 having an open upper portion, adapted to be held by a user, a circular lid 102 us attached with an edge of housing 101 by means of a hinge for covering of housing 101, a rectangular base 103 provided within housing 101 by means of a telescopic rod having motorized ball and socket joints at the ends for enabling an articulation of base 103, multiple suction cups 104 grips onto a beverage holding vessel placed onto base 103, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 105 determine position of vessel placed on base 103, a gyroscopic sensor detects movement of housing 101 held by user, an ultrasonic sensor embedded in housing 101 detects level of beverage being filled in vessel and a chamber disposed within housing 101, configured with a vacuum unit 106, for suctioning of beverage spilled into housing 101.
