Abstract: An assistive mineral wool placement device comprises of an elongated shaft 101 having a first end attached with a circular ring 102 that is to be gripped by a user, a microphone 103 integrated in shaft 101 for enabling a user to provide input voice commands, an imaging unit 104 mounted on shaft 101 for capturing and processing multiple images, a laser sensor embedded in shaft 101 for determining dimensions of spaces, a motorized cutter 108 arranged on frame 106 for trimming ends of the unwrapped wool, a robotic arm 109 installed on body 105 for grabbing wool, an electronically controlled nozzle 110 arranged on body 105 by means of an extendable link 111 for extending to position nozzle 110 in proximity to inner peripheries of spaces, a flap 113 arranged with body 105 by means of an extendable pole 114 to extend/retract for positioning and moving flap 113.
