Abstract: 5. ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION: The Assessment Question Paper Generation Portal is a modem web-based solution designed to streamline question bank management, question paper creation, and approval workflows for educational institutions. Inspired by efficient exam management platforms, this system automates the generation, review, and distribution of question papers, ensuring faculty members can seamlessly add, categorize, and retrieve questions, while reviewers can approve and modify question papers before finalization. The system is built using React.js for a dynamic front-end, MongoDB for scalable database management, and Node.js with Express.js for backend processing. This technology stack enables intelligent question selection, real-time approval tracking, and encrypted storage of question papers to ensure academic integrity and security. At its core, the system offers a self-service platform for faculty, allowing them to manage question banks efficiently, define exam templates, and generate question papers instantly while ensuring balanced question -distribution and com]'liance with curriculum standards. It automates review and approval workflows, enabling reviewers to verify and approve question papers before they are finalized. Additionally, real-time notifications keep faculty and reviewers informed about pending approvals, modifications, and final paper statuses. An administrator dashboard provides insights into question usage, difficulty level trends, and reviewer feedback, helping institutions make data-driven decisions regarding assessment optimization. ยท The backend leverages Node.js and Express.js to handle authentication, business logic, and automation workflows, while MongoDB efficiently stores question data, approval records, and version histories. The system incorporates secure authentication mechanisms using JWT (JSON Web Tokens) and role-based access control (RBAC) to ensure only authorized users can access and modifY question data. Additionally, AES encryption secures stored question papers, preventing unauthorized access or leaks. A scheduled background job system (using Node-Cron or BuiiMQ) periodically audits question paper approvals and updates question bank activity logs, ensuring a well-maintained and optimized repository. Deploying the system on cloud platforms such as A WS, Firebase, or Vercel enhances scalability and real-time responsiveness. The inclusion of Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) enables instant notifications regarding paper submissions, approvals, and review feedback, ensuring seamless communication between faculty and reviewers. By automating these critical processes, the platform significantly reduces administrative workload, eliminates human errors, and enhances the overall efficiency of academic assessment management. The Assessment Question Paper Generation Portal not only optimizes faculty efforts but also improves the security and reliability of assessments by ensuring fair and well-structured question papers. Future enhancements may include AT-driven question selection models, blockchain- bascd verification for question paper authenticity, and advanced analytics dashboards for in-depth performance tracking. This system presents a scalable and intelligent solution for universities, colleges, and online education platforms, transforming traditional exam management into an automated and datadriven process. Keywords: JWT (JSON Web Token), Exprcss.js, Node.js, Mongo DB, Blockchain-Bascd Certifications.
