The application for the patent was published on August 28, 2026, under issue no. 35/2026.
Abstract: Provided is assembly substrate (10) for assembling plurality of light emitting diodes. The assembly substrate (10) includes assembly base substrate (11), plurality of first assembly electrodes (AE1) disposed on assembly base substrate (11), and plurality of second assembly electrodes (AE2) facing plurality of first assembly electrodes (AE1) with selected interval. An insulating layer is disposed on assembly base substrate (11) and includes plurality of openings overlapping first and second assembly electrodes (AE1 , AE2). A plurality of coils (39) is disposed on first and second assembly electrodes (AE1 , AE2) and encloses the openings. When a current is applied to coils, magnetic fields are formed in the openings to attract and assemble light emitting diodes including magnetic material. The assembly substrate (10) allows self assembly of light emitting diodes without use of external magnet, thereby simplifying the manufacturing process and improving assembly efficiency for display device fabrication.
