Abstract: The present invention discloses an Aspect-Based Opinion Mining and Web Structure Analysis System for Automated Competitive Intelligence that integrates Artificial Intelligence (AI), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning (ML), and web mining techniques to automatically collect, process, and analyze information from multiple online sources, including customer reviews, competitor websites, social media platforms, blogs, discussion forums, and news portals. The invention performs aspect-level opinion mining to identify product or service features and classify customer sentiments into positive, negative, neutral, or mixed categories. Simultaneously, a web structure analysis module evaluates webpage hierarchy, hyperlink connectivity, metadata, domain authority, and graph-based relationships to determine competitor visibility and digital influence. The extracted textual and structural information is integrated into a competitive intelligence engine that generates competitor rankings, market trend analysis, customer preference insights, predictive analytics, and strategic business recommendations. The system continuously monitors dynamic web data, updates analytical models, and provides real-time or near real-time intelligence through interactive dashboards and reports. By combining aspect-based sentiment analysis with web structure analytics into a unified AI-driven framework, the proposed invention enhances analytical accuracy, reduces manual effort, improves scalability, and supports informed business decision-making across diverse industrial sectors.
