Abstract: ASHA SmartCare is an intelligent, offline-first mobile healthcare application designed to support Accredited Social Health Activists (ASHA) in mral and low-internet areas for efficient patient data collection, monitoring, and follow-up care. The application enables ASHA workers to register patients, record health visits, track maternal and child health parameters, and manage vaccination and ANC schedules without continuous internet connectivity. The system integrates AI-driven risk prediction, data quality validation, and smart reminders to assist ASHA workers in identifying highrisk pregnancies, child malnutrition, and early NCD indicators. All patient data is securely stored locally on the device and automatically synchronized with a central server when internet connectivity becomes available. With a simple, multilingual, and field-friendly user interface, ASHA SmartCare enhances accuracy, continuity of care, and healthcare delivery efficiency in underserved mral communities.
