Abstract: The present invention relates to an aseptic cabinet integrated with a digital microscope and monitor-based output system for real-time, in-situ visualization and analysis of samples within a sterile environment. The system comprises a sterile enclosure configured with laminar airflow and HEPA filtration, within which a digital microscope is installed to capture high-resolution images of samples without removing them from the cabinet. The microscope is operatively connected to a monitor-based display unit that enables immediate visualization, recording, and documentation of microscopic observations. The invention eliminates the need for external microscopy, thereby reducing contamination risk and improving workflow efficiency. It enhances accuracy, safety, and productivity in laboratory environments including microbiology, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and clinical diagnostics while ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards
