Abstract: The present invention discloses an artificial intelligence powered blockchain based decentralized identity and access management system for securely creating, verifying, managing, and controlling digital identities and access privileges. The system eliminates dependence on centralized identity providers by enabling users, devices, organizations, and applications to create self sovereign digital identities using cryptographic keys, verifiable credentials, biometric data, and identity attributes. A blockchain ledger stores tamper resistant identity records, credential hashes, consent logs, access events, verification records, revocation data, and audit trails, thereby ensuring transparency, integrity, and trust. An artificial intelligence engine analyzes user behavior, device information, access history, geographic location, transaction patterns, and contextual parameters to detect anomalies, fraud, identity theft, and unauthorized access attempts. Smart contracts automate identity verification, credential validation, consent management, access approval, access revocation, policy enforcement, and compliance reporting. The system provides adaptive access control by dynamically granting, restricting, modifying, or denying access based on verified credentials and AI generated risk scores. It further preserves privacy by allowing users to selectively disclose required identity attributes while maintaining ownership and control over personal data. The invention enhances security, scalability, interoperability, automation, and privacy in digital ecosystems.
