MUMBAI, India, Aug. 10 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641090983 A) filed by Mohan Babu University on July 27, 2026, for Artificial Intelligence Integrated Frame-Based Three-Dimensional Concrete Printer With Wireless Adaptive Extrusion Control Architecture.

Inventors include Mr. Shaik Nurulla; Mr. Palaneni Siva Shankar; Mr. L Venkata Datta Aamogh; and Ms. C Deepthi.

The application for the patent was published on July 31, 2026, under issue no. 31/2026.

Abstract: The present invention discloses an artificial-intelligence-integrated three-dimensional concrete printer comprising a frame assembly (100), a hybrid motion control architecture (102), an extrusion assembly (104), a controller unit (106), a wireless communication module (108), a sensor acquisition module (110), and an adaptive control engine (112). The frame assembly (100) supports multi-axis movement through rack-and-pinion mechanisms along horizontal axes and ball-screw mechanisms along a vertical axis. The controller unit (106) interprets machine-readable instructions and coordinates extrusion and motion operations. The wireless communication module (108) enables remote transfer and execution of G-code instructions. Operational data acquired by the sensor acquisition module (110) are processed by the adaptive control engine (112) to modify printing parameters, including extrusion rate, movement speed, and layer height. The disclosed architecture improves dimensional accuracy, reduces material wastage, supports predictive maintenance, and provides a scalable platform for intelligent construction and sustainable additive manufacturing applications.
