Abstract: Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are directed towards an artificial intelligence-enabled system and method for automated interview, assessment, mentorship, and training. The system includes a first computing device configured to receive user data from a first user, a second computing device configured to receive organizational criteria data from a second user, and a cloud server comprising an artificial intelligence processing engine and an interview assessment and training module. The cloud server processes the user data and the organizational criteria data to generate autonomous workforce interaction activities comprising interview, assessment, mentorship, and training or internship assignment activities. First user participation responses are evaluated for dynamically adapting subsequent workforce interaction activities and generating structured workforce outputs comprising scores, rankings, confidence indicators, qualitative feedback, developmental recommendations, and workforce performance outputs. The structured workforce outputs are transmitted to the first computing device and the second computing device for workforce evaluation monitoring and workforce development access. Fig. 1
