Sensor outputs are processed through signal conditioning, data acquisition, and feature extraction modules to generate electronic taste fingerprints. Artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms analyze the extracted features and classify samples into taste categories including sweet, sour, salty, bitter, and umami while simultaneously evaluating product quality, freshness, purity, and contamination levels. The invention provides objective, rapid, and repeatable analysis, eliminating human subjectivity associated with conventional sensory testing.
