Abstract: ABSTRACT Artificial Intelligence Enabled Cyber Defense and Response Framework The present invention relates to an Artificial Intelligence Enabled Cyber Defense and Response Framework configured to detect, analyze, predict, prioritize, and respond to cybersecurity threats across interconnected computing, communication, cloud, endpoint, and network environments. The framework comprises a data acquisition layer, security telemetry processing layer, artificial intelligence engine, threat detection module, behavioral analytics module, threat intelligence correlation module, risk assessment module, response orchestration module, and secure management interface. The data acquisition layer receives authorized security telemetry from network devices, endpoints, servers, applications, cloud platforms, identity systems, and security monitoring sources. A preprocessing module normalizes, filters, correlates, and transforms heterogeneous security events into machine-readable features. The artificial intelligence engine applies machine-learning, deep-learning, anomaly-detection, classification, and behavioral-analysis techniques to identify known and previously unseen cybersecurity threats. A correlation engine associates multiple events across temporal, spatial, user, device, and network dimensions to identify coordinated attack patterns. A dynamic risk-scoring module determines threat severity based on confidence, asset criticality, behavioral deviation, threat intelligence, attack progression, and potential impact. The response orchestration module automatically or semi-automatically executes predefined defensive actions according to configurable policies and risk thresholds. Such actions may include alert generation, session isolation, endpoint containment, access restriction, credential protection, traffic filtering, security-policy modification, and recovery initiation. An explainable artificial intelligence component provides reasoning associated with detected threats and recommended responses. The framework further incorporates continuous learning, feedback-based model adaptation, secure logging, access control, encryption, and audit mechanisms. The invention thereby provides an adaptive, scalable, and intelligent cyber defense architecture capable of reducing detection and response time, identifying emerging threats, minimizing false positives, and supporting proactive cybersecurity operations across heterogeneous digital infrastructures.
