Abstract: The present invention discloses the development of an artificial intelligence enabled adaptive research intelligence system for automated knowledge discovery and predictive analysis designed to aid researchers in effectively discovering, integrating, analyzing and making sense of large amounts of diverse research information. This consists of the following components: Data Acquisition, Data Preprocessing, Semantic Analysis, Knowledge Extraction, Artificial Intelligence based Pattern Recognition, Predictive Analytics, and Adaptive Recommendations. Research data collected from scientific journals, databases, repositories, datasets and other sources of information is analyzed to understand relevant concepts, relationships, trends, research gaps and knowledge that emerges from these. Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing tools facilitate automated knowledge discovery and interpretation, while predictive modeling helps predict future research results, trends and opportunities. An adaptive intelligence system continuously learns from users’ interactions and new data inputs to optimize recommendations and analyses. FIG.1
